Wrapped Natural Sandwich

Ingredients:

10 slices of wholemeal sandwich bread (330g)
2 stalks of chopped chives (8 g)
1 seeded medium tomato cut into cubes (150 g)
1 small grated carrot (70g)
½ cup (tea) of mozzarella, cut into cubes (50 g)
½ cup (tea) of cut into cubes ham (50 g)
½ cup (tea) of canned corn (60 g)
salt

How to Prepare :

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except bread) and hit the salt.
  2. Press each slice of bread with a rolling pin until they reduce the thickness by half.
  3. Fill the slices with the mixture and roll them like pancakes.
  4. Press the ends to close them: so the cheese will not melt to drain.
  5. Take the rolls in the oven for 10 minutes or until crispy.Savoury sandwiches kids

Gorgonzola cheese and fresh sausage Sandwich 

Ingredients:

4 bread rolls
8 fresh sausages
8 lettuce leaves
200g of gorgonzola cheese
1 jar of ricotta cream

How to Prepare these Savoury sandwiches for kids:

  1. Fry the fresh sausages in a pan with 2 tablespoons oil and 1/2 cup of hot water. This will prevent the sausage burn, and still manages to cook completely inside and out.
  2. Mix gorgonzola cheese and ricotta cream, and bring to heat in the microwave for 1 minute on high power.
  3. Spend a generous layer of cream cheese on bread.
  4. Arrange two lettuce leaves on cream.
  5. Chop two sausages and place on each bread.

Natural Fun Sandwich 

Ingredients:

100 grams of goat cheese;
8 slices of wholegrain bread ;
3 tablespoons homemade cream cheese;
150 grams of Japanese cucumber;
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar;
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil;
1/2 tablespoon of roasted black sesame;
1/2 tablespoon honey;
4 units of Kani kama.

How to Prepare these Savoury sandwiches for kids:

  1. Wash the cucumbers and slice them with manual slicer or processor.
  2. Arrange the sliced cucumber on a platter and sprinkle a teaspoon of salt, mix well and let stand for minutes.
  3. Drain any liquid formed, squeeze with your hands to remove the liquid maximum.
  4. Place the cucumber in an ovenproof dish, add the vinegar (apple or rice), oil and sesame seed, honey, and add the Kani kama sliced.
  5. Cut the slices of bread in a triangle shape.
  6. Spread the Cream Cheese from inside the slice of bread, in the slice of coverage leave a more generous amount.
  7. At the bottom slice of bread put half goat cheese slice, then put 1 generous tablespoon of the cucumber prepared.
  8. Cover natural sandwich with the top of the slice of bread.
