1 onion
1 bunch of parsley
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 dl olive oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
qs salt

  1. In a pan is made a stew with olive oil, chopped onion and parsley and garlic also chopped.

35g flour
curry powder 1 tablespoon
1 chopped onion
¼ apple
400ml milk
q.s. salt
q.s. pepper

Preparing traditional curry sauce:

  1. Throw in a pan butter and as soon as it is foamy, add the flour until it is blonde.

  2. Return to heat the oil and sauté onions, peppers and garlic.
  3. Add the remaining 10 sheets of curry and cook 3-5 minutes until onion is transparent.
  4. Add saffron-of-Indian, salt and coconut milk.
  5. Bring to medium heat and bring to the boil. Let win flavor capless another 5 minutes.
